The owner and administrator of the Site is ROMAX GROUP LLC, EDRPOU code 41054911 (hereinafter referred to as “Romax Group,” “the Company,” or “we”).
By using the Website, registering for a personal account, or submitting a request or order, the user confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them.
1. General Provisions
The Romax Group Website is intended to familiarize users with the Company, its products, brands, and terms of cooperation, as well as to facilitate interaction with customers and partners through the personal account and other available services.
Romax Group reserves the right to change the structure, functionality, design, product range, and other content of the Website without prior notice to users.
Certain features of the Website may be available only to registered or logged-in users.
2. Product Information
Romax Group makes every reasonable effort to ensure that information about products, specifications, photos, descriptions, brands, and other materials on the Website is up-to-date and accurate.
However, the appearance of a product, its packaging, contents, color, labeling, or specific characteristics may differ from the images and descriptions on the Site due to changes made by the manufacturer.
Product images are for informational purposes only and may differ from the actual appearance of the product.
Before placing an order, the user may clarify the necessary specifications, compatibility, contents, and other product parameters with a Romax Group representative.
3. Prices and Product Availability
Prices listed on the Website or in your account may depend on the terms of cooperation, order volume, customer category, special offers, and other commercial conditions.
Individual prices, discounts, and other terms of cooperation may apply to authorized B2B customers.
Romax Group reserves the right to change prices and the product lineup. A price change after the final approval and confirmation of a specific order does not apply to that order, unless otherwise separately agreed upon by the parties or provided for in the contract.
Information about product availability on the Website may be updated with a delay. Final availability is confirmed during order processing.
4. Registration and Personal Account
To access certain features of the Website, the user may be asked to create a personal account.
Upon registration, the user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information about themselves and/or the company they represent.
After submitting a registration request, a Romax Group representative may contact the user to verify the information, clarify the terms of cooperation, and activate the account.
Submitting a registration application does not guarantee automatic access to B2B services. Romax Group reserves the right to deny registration or restrict access to certain features of the Site if there are reasonable grounds to do so.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username, password, and other login credentials for their personal account.
If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the user must notify Romax Group as soon as possible.
5. Placing and Confirming an Order
An order may be placed using the Website’s available features, through the personal account, or by any other method proposed by Romax Group.
Submitting an order or request through the Website constitutes receipt of the user’s request by Romax Group and does not in itself always constitute final confirmation of the order.
An order is considered accepted after it has been confirmed by Romax Group or after completion of another confirmation procedure provided for in the terms of cooperation with a specific customer.
The following details may be clarified during confirmation:
- the names and quantities of goods;
- the current price;
- availability of goods;
- payment method and due date;
- delivery method and timeframe;
- recipient’s details;
- other material terms of the order.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are determined based on the type of customer, the order, and the agreed terms of cooperation.
For B2B customers, the procedure, terms, and form of payment may be specified in a contract, invoice, expense documents, or other agreements between the parties.
If online payment services are available on the Website, payment processing may be carried out by the relevant banking or payment service providers in accordance with their rules.
7. Delivery
The delivery method, cost, and timeframe depend on the product, order volume, recipient’s location, and the agreed terms of cooperation.
Specific delivery terms are communicated to the user during the order placement or confirmation process.
In the event of delivery by a third-party transportation or logistics company, transit times may depend on the operations of the relevant carrier.
The user is required to check the integrity of the packaging, the number of items, and, if possible, the condition of the goods upon receipt in accordance with the carrier’s rules and delivery terms.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty
The terms for returns, exchanges, and warranty service are determined in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, the product category, the manufacturer’s warranty terms, and the nature of the relationship between Romax Group and the buyer.
For legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, and other business entities, the procedure for returning or exchanging goods may be further specified in a contract, invoice, specification, or other documents agreed upon by the parties.
For goods covered by a manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty, the term and conditions of warranty service may be specified in the warranty card, the product documentation, or on the relevant page of the Website.
9. Terms of Use of the Website
The User agrees not to use the Website for:
- actions that violate the laws of Ukraine;
- gaining unauthorized access to the Website, servers, databases, or other users’ accounts;
- distributing malicious software;
- automatically collecting information in a manner that places an excessive load on the Site;
- interfering with the operation of the Site or its individual components;
- using another person’s account credentials without the owner’s permission;
- providing knowingly false or misleading information.
In the event of a violation of these Rules, Romax Group reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict a user’s access to the Site or their personal account.

The parties shall be exempt from liability for the total or partial failure to fulfill their obligations if such failure resulted from force majeure circumstances that the parties could not reasonably have foreseen or prevented.
Such circumstances may include, in particular, acts of war, air raid alerts and their consequences, blockages of transportation routes, fires, natural disasters, accidents, prolonged interruptions in power or communications, cyberattacks, decisions by government authorities, and other force majeure circumstances.

The processing of users’ personal data is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and
Romax Group’s Privacy Policy.
By submitting personal data through the Website, the user confirms that they have read and understood the relevant Privacy Policy.
15. Informational and Promotional Messages
With the user’s consent, Romax Group may send users information about products, updates to the product range, special offers, promotions, and other materials.
